As the virus spreads across the country, many organizations have no choice but to adapt by reverting to online communications for their customers.  Skylar Business uses the Arise Platform to connect our agents to many Fortune 500 Companies who are in need of agents to respond to their business need.

 

We're looking for Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Agents that work well in a remote environment.

 

Listed below are some of qualities of our ideal candidate:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Knowing the products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 

Review the requirements listed below so you know what will be needed to initially qualify:

  • You are able to pass a background check and a drug test.

  • You have the initial minimum investment of up to $75.00 which includes the background check, company training costs and startup fees.

  • You can attend training 4 hours per day every week for the duration of the training course.

  • You are willing to get or already have working internet that can be connected by ethernet cord.  Some companies require a land line telephone connection in order to take calls for the Fortune 500 Company you have chosen.

  • You will need a laptop or desktop, Noise Cancelling Headset and a Blank Dedicated Flash Drive 64GB or larger

FAQ'S

WHAT DOES THE WORK INVOLVE?

This is not telemarketing and there is NO cold calling involved. You would handle INBOUND calls only that have been routed from the client's phone systems to your phone at your house. You will have the option to work in billing, sales or the tech department.


HOW IS YOUR CALL CENTER DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS?

We have a unique call-center business model. All of our agents have the ability to select the client they want to provide services for and select their own schedule each week.


CAN I DO THIS FULL TIME?

The simple answer is, yes you can. You can earn anywhere from $9 an hour to $15 an hour depending on the selected client. Virtual agents can also earn incentives and bonuses during high call volume and for having high performance levels.


WILL I HAVE TO TAKE A BACKGROUND CHECK?

Our clients have high standards. Client Support Professionals (CSPs) provide customer support services for each client and have access to confidential information; therefore a background check is required to ensure that each potential CSP’s identity is confirmed and free from criminal history. Felonies and misdemeanors that include fraud are not permitted.
